The short version: I only keep what you give me to send you news about my games. I never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing, and you can leave any time.

Who I am

I'm apogee, one person making games (Peacock). I'm responsible for your data. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What I keep

• Your email address.
• Which game you signed up for, and whether you ticked "Also tell me about future games I make."
• The exact text you agreed to, when you signed up and when you confirmed. This is my proof that you asked to hear from me.
• Where you came from (for example "instagram"). This comes from the link you followed.
• Your answers to the optional questions after signing up (what you'd play on, where you found the game).

There are no tracking cookies, ads or analytics on this site. Fonts are served from here too, not from Google.

Why

To send you what you signed up for: dev updates and invites to any playtests for that game, and news about future games only if you ticked that box. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who helps me

• Brevo (France, EU) stores the list and sends the emails.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and handles the signup form on its worldwide network (covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. If you sign up but never confirm, your email is deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email me to see, correct or delete everything I have about you, and I'll do it. If you think I've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Norway, Datatilsynet).

You need to be 13 or older to sign up.
